This statue of Saint George is on the fountain in the Cloister Garth within the Dean's Cloister of St George's Chapel. It was made in 1998 to mark the 650th anniversary of the founding of the College of St George. It is a copy of a 15th century wooden carving; originally from the Quire but now housed in the College's archives
